Stellar I am not a huge fan of auto repair shops to begin with, so when I needed body work done on my car I was not expecting much in the way of a painless experience. Fortunately, my suspicions were incorrect and this location clearly made sure the work they performed was stellar Another bright side was the friendliness of the manager of the shop. My search for a decent auto body repair shop has come to a close.
Worked quickly I needed to get my air bag replaced and I was referred to Classic Collision on Buford Highway. They worked very quickly and I was impressed with their quality work. All the customers that I talked to in the waiting room seemed very satisfied, so I'll probably be coming back if I need any future help.
they kept me in the loop I had a minor dent which was not difficult for any body shop to repair. BUT -- my car is silver, and every body shop will tell you this is the toughest color to match. I decided to bring it here to Classic Collision and they did a superb job it looks flawless. They are friendly, professional, and communicative -- they kept me in the loop on their progress with the car. Even though I didn't need a ride for drop-off or pickup, they offered several times. I highly recommend them!
Will come back My car looks brand new after I brought it to Classic Collision. I couldn't believe it! The huge dent on the side door literally disappeared! I was very pleased and will come back in the future!
Cordial I'd like to say that your Administrative Assistant operating the phone was very cordial and that she even jumped in to assist in contacting the right folks at the insurance agency so that they could "sign-off" on the bill and I could get back behind the wheel of my repaired truck. All of your workers were polite, friendly, and seemed to enjoy the work environment and dealing with one another.
