5 stars! I went to Platinum Collision Centers in Riverside to get minor collision damage repair on a Tesla, and I could not have been more happy with the service that was provided. The car was repaired in a timely manner, and Platinum Collision centers worked with me to ensure that the parts for my vehicle arrived from Tesla. I will absolutely be working with them again for any future repairs.
Just helped a family member drop off a car. They were quick to take it in.
Great people! Lacy was SO helpful in getting us the information we needed! She is an awesome employee!! She took care of us to getcus what we needed!! Great customer care! We'd come back to this place!
Employees were nice, however they do not accept towed in vehicles, or any vehicle for that matter unless specifically sent by your insurance. They will refuse your tow in. They will direct you elsewhere.
Platinum did an amazing job at fixing my car, they also deep cleaned it. Aside from the amazing job they did on my car the customer service was on point!!! Lacy went above and beyond in handling everything!!! She went the extra mile and I truly appreciate her for it!!! I can't emphasize enough what a truly great job she did. I am a happy client from platinum and I wish there were more people out there like Lacy. Everyone did an amazing job and did what they promised. Again thank you.
