I called this location with an odd request. We had a piece of furniture stuck in the back on my Mom’s car. The guy on the phone said they could help us remove/re attach the Car door and to come down Monday. Monday comes and not only would they not help, they acted like my mom was crazy and were generally disinterested in her business. Luckily, we found a place nearby that not only did the job, but also fixed her other door AND detailed her old, beat up car for her. After my car was hit, the other party’s insurance recommended Classic Body & Paint for repairs. My experience with them was far from satisfactory. First, I’ll give credit where it’s due—the front desk lady is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Whether over the phone or in person, she was always friendly and courteous.
