I picked up car and it was damaged and they tried to paint over it . Then I tolled the another thing was wrong when I came to pick up car it hadn’t even been reported . Make sure they write down on note pad what you’re stating to them . Now I have to take my car back again for bumped to be replaced again .
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business! I am going to try and keep it as short as possible. I was hit by a GEICO insured driver. My truck sustained both cosmetic damage as well as mechanical damage. GEICO finally contacted me after a week and a half. They recommended classic collision. I asked GEICO if CC had a mechanic shop as well, since I had mechanical issues.
