You can do better. I received a call when they started the repairs to my vehicle and they have not called to update me since the first call. It takes me to repeatedly call to get answers. They missed the original completion date and will be missing the new one they gave me. I understand it was big repair, but all I’m asking is to update me once a week on the status and to hit the dates given. They can’t even do that.
