Mike is the best representative I have ever had at a collision repair shop.
Overall a great experience! They definitely stand behind their work! Mike Dressel was very informative and cooperative working with me and the issues at hand. He made sure to get things done correctly and kept working on it and informing me of everything. Pointed out a few things I hadn't originally noticed when I first brought my truck to him as well! When I wasn't fully satisfied with things initially, he made sure to fix the issues I had a complaint with and have it done as good as possible.
This is the third time that I have had to have my car repaired (unfortunately). Each time, I’ve chosen to come back here because of the team and how they communicate with me, as well as the services provided. They are honest and fair, and want the best for the customer. Everyone at the front desk is great, and cannot speak highly enough of Lee and Kaylen. Easy to get a hold of and I would recommend to anyone that needs vehicle repair services.
