This is a very poorly ran business. The work lacks detail and they have very poor communication. After the first week and a half I was the one having to reach out to see if my truck was finished or if parts had come in. The first response to any issue seems to be an excuse. The quality of work was below a one star rating
Professionalism at its highest level!
We've had to use Classic Collision for previous unfortunate events, and everyone is always so personable, easy to work with, and informative of the process. This most recent time, my Enterprise rental wasn't ready yet as I had arranged it through the Geico app the day prior. Classic Collision did an excellent job repairing the minor damage and making sure it looked and worked like it should. I was a professional body repairman for 10 years full time and another 15 years part time, so I knew what questions to ask and what answers to expect in return. The car was finished several days ahead of schedule and cleaned inside and out before I got there to pick it up. No issues was able to drop off and pick up on a timely manner. Service was exceptional would recommend.
