Excellent customer service, always greeted with a warm smile. The quality of repair is great... they also went above and beyond to vacuum and clean the inside of my car including the floor mats. The outside of my car was also washed and shined. It felt like I got a brand new car!Thank you for the awesome work!
Excellent service! I was in a fender bender last July and they fixed up my vehicle just like new. The paint was a perfect match and the body work was flawless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would trust them with any any of my vehicles.
Had a minor fender bender after only being here a little over a week. I was not happy at all. Anyway my insurance company recommended Classic Collision to fix the damage. Had a car in an accident, with some cosmetic damage that wasn't necessary to fix. Had this shop recommended to check out any damage, and they cleaned and everything to make it look really nice without our permission. They did 'repairs' to the cosmetic damage that we said we didn't want done, and did those repairs without our permission and at the insurance company's direction. I am so impressed. The customer experience was above and beyond. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and they communicated updates with me promptly. They even finished my car over a week earlier than expected!! When I picked it up I couldn’t believe how good it looked! Not only did they do great work on the repair but they detailed my car to the point of it looking brand new.
