After a recent car accident, we were truly grateful for the professionalism and care shown by Classic Collision. Terrible quality control. Received vehicle back and air conditioning didn’t work and they painted over dirt and debris. Over spray yellow on black panels. Informed them of this and sent the vehicle back. Received vehicle back with still yellow over spray on it and dirt under the paint. Was informed a manager would call me and nobody ever called. Horrible quality control and follow up with customers.
I used Classic Collision for the first time with a car accident repair. The insurance company recommended that I take my car to this company. The customer service was excellent and the work was really good. I had phone call updates and texts were sent with updates. I was also able to pick up and return a car rental at Classic Collision also. The repair work was excellent, beyond what I expected. They also washed and vacuumed out my car, which was such a nice surprise. I am so appreciative of all the work.

Excellent service! I was in a fender bender last July and they fixed up my vehicle just like new. The paint was a perfect match and the body work was flawless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would trust them with any any of my vehicles.
