This place is crap!!! I hit two animals going home at night. My car started making a noise that I thought was coming from the engine that turned out to be the bearings. They did not fix the bearings even though it was approved by my insurance and gave it back to me knowing the situation. My AAA insurance claim adjuster told me to take it back. Lost all faith in these folks, zero credibility to when they will look at your vehicle, or when it will be ready. We were told that a part was on national back order and I made 1 call and found 3 at major Honda dealer in San antonio, they said it was out of stock everywhere. It took 1 call with the part number to find 3 in stock, plus the Honda dealer tells you the other Honda dealers that have the part. I called to verify because I could tell I was being lied to.
