We had an excellent experience with Fix Auto Juneau. I'd give them 10 stars if it was possible. Their customer service was perfect - thanks to Kristen for always being in touch. They kept us informed at every step of the process and even finished the car two days early. They also detailed the car out (it was very dirty). They've set a standard for customer service that every business should emulate. We'll be back.
I am blown away by the customer service! Fix auto not only did an excellent job repairing my car after I hit a deer but they also went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Kristen drove me to the airport to pick up my rental car and then picked me up there after my car was ready. I received updates about the repair via email and it only took them 4 days to do the job.
