I paid out of pocket to get my vehicle repaired, while they waited for the insurance check. It's been over a month since they cashed the check and have not been reimbursed.

Major complaint classic collision of ******* damage the driver leather interior panel door Employee took pictures stated informed the estimator and said manager **** B***** out of town, he will call me the next day. a week later no contact from the manager. Consumers beware! At the very least a manager should respond to an issue.

Worst experience with a body shop I have ever had to deal with. My car was at this shop for almost 4 months only to repair rock chips. Every time they told me my car was ready for pick up it was always an issue with something, if it wasn't paint not matching, it was overspray on the car, and the Manager ********** was terrible at customer service. I would like to report this business as we had a very negative experience . We have left a vehicle there and they were nice and side they would help us initially . 1) We told them that we would pay out of packet and immediatly they started questing us about an insurance Claim . 2) This confused as we were clear , we told them again that the insurance company had estimated the work and that we decided to pay for it ourselves . 3) This was a conversation with a technicial ( jessie ) who then pit us in contact with a sup... read more
