Had to get body repair to 2 doors and a rear panel on the drivers side. Mr. Maurice Carpenter came out and made sure we knew what to expect when it came to body work and paint. He was very professional and kept us in the loop regarding the time it would take for a complete repair which turned out to be a month. I am glad we decided on Classic Collision for the job. Beware if you are working with this company for an insurance claim. They attempted to charge me more than my invoice amount at the instruction of an insurance employee that had a grudge against me. No questions asked. I was able to resolve the problem but be aware, there are clearly unethical practices going on with this company and insurance companies they work with.
Ms. Jamie was absolutely awesome from the very first “hello.” I had just gotten off a flight from ATL, and even though my appointment was scheduled for 8am and I didn’t arrive until 2pm, she greeted me with a warm smile and reassured me, “That’s ok, we can still take care of you.” When she asked how I was getting my rental, I was completely confused—I had no idea what to do since my husband is a soldier currently stationed in Korea.
