Wow! Amazing service! Accidents happen when you least expect them. I got into a car accident on 7/14 (& luckily, nobody was hurt). But even though nobody got hurt, my car did (even though my car wasn't close to being totalled). But Paul & staff @ Classic Collision-CC made me feel at ease (when I was rattled by the accident!) Just picked up my car today after 2weeks of ClassicCollision working on the lower-left part of it in the back. Within those 2weeks, I got daily texts to update me on the status of my vehicle's repairs. When I left my car there, they drove me down the street on Callahan/Fredericksburg Rd to get a rental car. --(They obviously work w/EnterpriseRentACar). The repairs on my lexus looks great, very polite staff, & always answering my concerns. It took some time but I understand because my vehicle is a 2011 and it takes some time to get the parts.
