Great experience!
Has to bring my car here since my insurance company contracts with them for repairs. Upon receiving the pick up notice and invoice, I saw that the Classic Collision charges a 3% credit card processing fee to use a credit card. I don’t agree with this policy and passing the cost of doing business on to customers. When I voiced my opinion about this policy to the front desk woman, Nancy, she cut me off and said ‘call corporate!’ And hung up on me after she called me a few names.
