I’m extremely dissatisfied with Classic Collision. Not only did they delay my car repairs for over a month, but they’re also refusing to cover the extra rental charges I was billed by Enterprise next door charges that only happened because of the shop’s delays. I had to constantly call for updates, and there was always some excuse. We have taken my girlfriend’s 2019 Toyota Corolla to the Shaw Street Classic Collision for the fifth time recently. I know what you’re thinking, but no, all 5 times were not her fault (1 hit and run when she was in Walmart, 1 backed into it in the middle of the night, 2 backed into her while she was stopped behind another car in a parking lot, 1 backed into her when she was turning into her parking spot, and I forget the other, but you get my drift). I would highly recommend this place! They are super helpful and their customer service is outstanding. I specifically had a gentleman named Michael help me with an estimate and he answered all my questions and concerns and they made sure we were all on the same page. They even took care of some excess glue that was leftover from me trying to fix it myself as a courtesy. I cannot recommend this place enough!
