I went there this morning to speak about a car estimate price for the damage but the estimator technician was very rude. I don’t know his name but he an impatient grumpy demeaner, he didn’t give helpful instructions of what to do next and was vague about the estimate.
The guy who we dealt with was impatient was impatient with my autistic son and rude to me on the phone. I had was ignorant of the process of how my insurance handled matters and he was no help at all.
Horrible! I dropped my car off for repairs to my roof from a storm and got my car back in worse shape than it had started. Roof was still damaged ,headliner was destroyed, paint job was scratched all to hell, cuts in my leather seats, and my roofed leaked. And it took them a month to destroy my car. I wouldn’t take my bike there to get fixed. These ppl suck!
Very horrible experience. My husband & I set up an appointment with the receptionist for the following week to bring our car in for repairs. She even double checked with another lady for correct availability. She was provided the insurance information for the company that will be paying for the damages. We didn't do a claim with our personal car insurance, as we were hit by someone in a U-Haul & the U-Haul insurance is paying. I left work early to make sure I made it there before they closed. Had my repairs done to my 21, F150 and it was amazing. Kendrick Paint and Body and Kelly's would even look at it for 4 months. Chris was amazing and his communication was outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!
