Had my repairs done to my 21, F150 and it was amazing. Kendrick Paint and Body and Kelly's would even look at it for 4 months. Chris was amazing and his communication was outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!
What kind of repair shop has a waiting time of a month before your car can be ready, and doesn't inform their customers beforehand?? Majority of people can't be out of a car for that long, and this is greatly impacting people's lives, including ours. So then we received an update that they had started taking the damaged part off our car, and it just seems like they only did so because we were going to take the car back and say forget it, we'll go to another shop. Great Place
Since Wes took over managing I hear it’s a different place! Kendricks totally screwed up a repair, damaged my car, and lied to my face. Did not back up the promise to fix the damage they did and the manager was beyond rude. So was her boss. (Robbie tried to make it right but they wouldn’t let him) My insurance told me to take it to collision. They were so nice and did a fantastic job repainting the entire hood of my challenger. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Kendrick’s will never get another dime from me!!!!!!!
