I recently was involved in a deer accident and my insurance recommended Classic Collision. I had never been there but was pleasantly surprised. They were quick to provide an appointment time for an estimate, and even quicker to do repair. I left my car for repairs and 4 days later it was done. Chris was so easy to work with and very good at explaining everything to me, as I have little knowledge of cars and the repair process. Would definitely recommend to someone else. I brought my car to them and 4 days later they had it fixed. When you go up there ask for Chris he’s the best!! Everyone there is so sweet and have a lot of patience!! Definitely recommend this place of business!
Worst experience I have ever had. From the mgr on it was terrible. They had my vehicle for 6 mo and then doubled the price to repair. Then held my car until I paid new bill. Don't ever go there.
I went there this morning to speak about a car estimate price for the damage but the estimator technician was very rude. I don’t know his name but he an impatient grumpy demeaner, he didn’t give helpful instructions of what to do next and was vague about the estimate.
The guy who we dealt with was impatient was impatient with my autistic son and rude to me on the phone. I had was ignorant of the process of how my insurance handled matters and he was no help at all.
