I’m disappointed to be leaving this review after dealing with Classic Collision for over a year! My biggest issue has been the lack of communication, organization, and consistent customer service throughout the process. I have had to bring my vehicle in four times, with multiple people involved along the way. When the manager I had been working with, Kevin, moved to another location, no one contacted me for weeks. Jessica at CC is the best and very professional and friendly and helpful and great attitude that's the kind of person that needs to be in all kinds of business.
