It’s hard to find services that are transparent and still run their business with integrity. At Classic Collision not only will they provide both but they will treat you like family. Personally I was hit in the rear which put my truck in the shop for two months, broke my leg and lost my home to a house fire. All in 2 months. The lord is testing me for sure. The staff was very friendly from the start and did excellent keeping me informed of the repairs. My car looked like new after everything was done. Would definitely recommend!
I dropped my vehicle off on 7/30 and a few days later received a text message that it should be completed by 8/15. On 8/13 I received a message that my car was in the reassembly phase and from there it would be in the cleaning phase. I arrived at the shop on 8/15 around 2:30 and Brison let me know that my car was not ready but would be ready at 5. I came back to the shop around 4:45.
