Exceptionally poor customer service. They did fix my car. Would not go back. EDIT: They actually did a really poor job addressing the issues with my car after I was hit and run. I have had to take my car back in 3 times to different shops to fix the remaining issues.
Our experience with Classic Collision was not the best. We brought two vehicles here after a drunk driver crashed into our parked cars. We chose this shop because it was one of the highest-rated collision centers recommended by our insurance, so we expected a higher level of service.
