my car was hit while parked, filed a claim with the other driver's insurance USAA who referred me to this shop. My car was driveable as I had put back the broken pieces together.The lady that came to inspect the damage had no clue what to do and quoted just the bumper to be fixed, and submitted it to the insurance company without my approval.
