Sarah was extremely attentive and always made sure I was up to date on all the latest progress on my vehicle. Pablo and Hilder took care of me and had the patience to work with a difficult insurance adjuster but stuck with it and made sure a quality job was done. Priscilla always handled processing my payments and accounts with care. Sarah was always available either in the phone or in person to handle any question or concern. Thank you TEAM!
Took my truck in to get an estimate for repair. Turns out the at-fault trucking company would not pay out any more than the value of the truck (old Ford Ranger), the scope of work for repair was more than the value and parts were going to be hard to find. Due to this I declined to get the work done. I returned with a new mirror purchased online, and Sarah and Pablo performed the quick mirror replacement free of charge to get me back to a safe driving condition! Came in for a collision repair, Pablo and Sara greeted me very nicely and professional. They also updated me and made the whole process easy to understand, definitely recommend
SUPER fast and easy. Came here as part of my claim, having never been in an accident before I was nervous. But, Pablo and Sara did SUCH a good job with a seamless drop off, frequent communication, and even courtesy ride coordination with my rental car. Woulf give 6 stars if I could.
