Great service and communication!
Classic Collision was one collision shop approved of through insurance. I went to the one off Dale Street. Everyone was great, but Kristi really walked me through the whole process, answered all questions, kept me up-to-date and was really honest and pleasant to work with. They arranged for a rental car and everything worked so smoothly. My car was done earlier than I expected and it was clean inside and out, something I did not expect. This location did an amazing job of repairing and replacing my back bumper and a portion of my lift gate after a fender-bender accident. Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. I will definitely go there again if need be.
Had some minor scratches, they did more work than necessary, fixed the old problems and created some new ones.
