Terrible customer service. My children and ai were in a 4 car pul up on the freeway. My head hit the steering wheel due to my airbags not deploying, and my 11 year old daughter's hit the window in the back seat behind me. We were hit on the driver's side. I asked them not to dismantle my vehicle until and inspection could be done by Honda as to why the airbags did not deploy and her exact words were "We will not abide by your demands!"
