Mr and Mrs Ponder run the most efficient and kind operation at the Harley rd facility. I told Mr ponder that I wished they ran another business so I could see them more but I really don’t want to see them anymore!
Jenny and her team did such an amazing job fixing up my Civic after a Fender bender! They were fast, efficient and my car looks brand new again. Avery cleaned up the inside and you can tell they put so much hard work and dedication into taking care of you as a customer.
Took the company four tries to get my car right.. three tries at one location in the fourth try at another.. I tried to be nice on the fourth try and said don’t give me a rental car only to have them pick my car up and then drop it off with an empty tank of gas.. All in all they had my vehicle for almost a month.. They finally made everything right but it my expense.. I’m going to tell everybody about my experience..
