Someone hit and damaged my car. It was a frustrating experience. But I submitted a claim to Progressive and was set up with the team at Classic Collision. They made an otherwise frustrating experience, very positive. The team was professional, empathetic, and timely. My car was returned completely fixed, washed, painted and vaccuumed. I was very satisfied. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I know i'll be taken care of.
