Exceptional great service
Great customer service. They dealt with my insurance claim for hail damage repairs. I think my insurance dropped the ball in terms of communication, but Hasan at Classic Collision went above and beyond to help things go smoothly for me. Repairs were done quickly and they even detailed the interior.
I scheduled an appointment today at 8am at this location for an estimate. Got here a couple mins before 8am and waited 20 mins, the shop never opened. No communication or anything. I even got the confirmation of the appointment today. This is very disappointing, i chose this location based on past interactions and now I wont be back. Yes its that serious for me. I Dont like my time being wasted, especially on my days off.
This is the place you want to go to after an accident! In the stressful situation of having to choose the right repair shop, I feel that I was lucky to randomly pick the Classic Collision on Dale Ave. The team was patient, kind, personable, and most importantly they were honest and reliable! They were always available by phone or in person to answer questions and discuss the best approach for repair. Everything was done seamlessly, with great communication and price. Marcie and Hussein are both great! You can rely on them!
