They were very flexible, and keeps you informed on each stage of the process. When I picked my 2018 equinox up, it looked like a new car! A passenger had spilled food on my dash board, I had wiped it up but it still needed Armor All and cleaned real good. After seeing how pretty the outside was, I then got in, and the dash board and console had ben Armor All. The whole front had been detailed, seat and mats. It felt good to be back in my beautiful clean car.
