Great repair and great communication! So glad we chose this shop.
Went in for an estimate after front-end collision. Tech stated he may not be able to work on it due to a prior customer having an IID installed improperly ending up causing problems for the shop. He said he would speak with his manager about mine (any other shop has zero problems with these) and draw up an estimate anyway. That was over three weeks ago. Every time I try to call he is "in a meeting" or they just don't answer. Won't waste my time and cost of public transportation ever again.
The rear bumper had to be replaced and one of the window molding had to be replaced. They did a great job and no surprises. Everything was done as promised.
Absolute professionals and their quality of work is excellent!
