I recently had hail damage repairs completed at your shop, which included a roof, hood and windshield replacement. I want to commend your team on the quality of the exterior repairs—the workmanship was top-notch, and I'm very pleased with the results. However, I was disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle’s interior was returned. Everyone was so nice and friendly to talk to. Got frequent updates on the status. Was ready to pick up on time. They cleaned my car when the repairs completed. Couldn’t ask for better service!
We hit a deer in December while driving our 2024 Grech motorhome. We have State Farm insurance, so we took it to Classic Collision because they are an approved shop. We went to pick it up in February, and it was not repaired correctly. I mean, it was the worst repairs I have ever seen in my 64 years of life. Four more times, we took it back with terrible service.
