If I could give them a negative review - I would. I called to see if we needed an appointment, Rachel said "no", just bring in and I will give you an estimate. We agreed - was told 2 weeks - A WEEK later we get a call from their "real" estimator and the price had increased by about 1K! Over 3 weeks later we finally got our car after being promised every day for the past 5 days "by the end of day - detailed and ready".
