Very professional and clean work done. They have done the additional touchups too without even asking for it.
Poor service, poor customer relations. Delay after delay. There are a lot of body shops out there, and it may be worth looking elsewhere.
Thank you to the amazing team at Classic Collision! From the very beginning everything was smooth, and I was given outstanding customer service until the very end. They updated me every single day about each stage my car was in, which gave me peace of mind the whole way. I’m very thankful to have found this gem. My repairs from the fender bender are outstanding it’s like nothing ever happened! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I know I’ll always come here.
INCOMPETENT is the best way to describe Classic Collision. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR. I arrived for my appointment with the estimator and was told he wasn't there. Nobody called to cancel the appointment nor didn't they apologized for wasting our time along with the hassle of driving two cars to this place. After being told they couldn't do the estimate by Shauna she finally said she could take pictures of my car. She took the pictures in the glaring Arizona sun so you couldn't see the damage.
