They left a bubble of paint and when it popped it left a whole in the finish. Classic Collisions said that was our fault?? Like how is that our fault?! Terrible service and unwilling to even meet halfway even when it was obviously their fault like it how could we even do that and even if it was our fault that means they gave the car back when the paint wasn't fully dry MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Just picked up my Subaru, had a window broken out and needed that and my window regulator replaced. Was done a day early and they completely detailed my car. I’m so impressed! The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Walked in to get a quote for repainting my car and was treated like I wasn’t worth the time. There were no customers waiting. One employee greeted me, and another jumped in, standing there shuffling papers, glanced up, and immediately said “$9,000” without even looking at my vehicle. No inspection, no questions, no explanation — just dismissive and unprofessional. I was ready to spend money and got brushed off instead. Would not recommend based on this experience.
