Communication was excellent. Christian made sure I had all the information I needed throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier to understand. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. While dealing with car repairs is never fun, we were genuinely pleased with the service we received at Classic Collision. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend!
staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress via text messages and were flexible in the dates so I could pick up the car at my convenience. An important detail was that they alerted me about "car delivered" which was an auto generated text as soon as the repair was complete - ( but the car was not yet picked up by me).
