Yesterday I was yelled at, sworn at, and belittled right in the middle of the lobby Classic Collision. I received a $215 quote to buff out some scratches. I dropped off my truck on Thursday. On Monday I had called twice and emailed once to check in, but nobody responded or contacted me until my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the total was almost over $981.00.
