Very professional and a happy bunch of personnel!
1st of all, I would give CC an A+ rating. Pete and his front desk receptionist (I wish I remember her name) were the most polite and sincere customer service I have ever witnessed. While I was waiting, I watch elder customers come in, who appear to be intimidated with what they are going through but got relax with Pete and receptionest's sincere demeanor.
