What a wonderful experience. I needed a gold chain. After asking a few questions , Lorie knew just what I was looking for. The Vault has so much beautiful jewelry, but other things as well. I would definitely recommend going!
The Vault is one of the loveliest / coziest / coolest antique shops I've ever been to. The original bank vault door was awesome to see not to mention the assortment and the condition of antiques they have. For my personal experience, my wife wanted to see their jewelry collection which was beautiful and well organized. They were very polite and helpful ready to assist us and answer any questions. The first thing you notice is the organizational skills the owners have with this shop. Everything has a place and it’s all sectioned off. Everything is clean and high end. The building is so unique, it’s an old bank so you can walk in the vault and see where the security boxes are still present. You’ll need to find street parking, but it’s a small town so it won’t be too difficult.
Amazing customer service. Warm and welcoming. Didn’t make you invisible. Loved the easy transaction. Will definitely be going back.
Lorie was a delight to work with, she took considerable amount of time and care to ensure that the jewelry we picked up was absolutely perfect and exactly what my girlfriend was looking for. Next time that were in the area, we’ll definitely be going back!
