Very professional, friendly people with incredible customer service and a great shop filled with interesting different cars. I had a great time while waiting for my car.
I was attending Monterey car week from the U.K and unloaded our car from a truck to find the steering had been damaged. I called in with no forward warning on the off chance these guys could help. Joe dropped absolutely everything and jumped on to the job immediately. I drove out 20 minutes later with a perfect car again. Joe's skill and detailed approach shines through from the off. Knowledge like this is hard to come by.
Tom Andrews and Jeff Jacobsen, at the now closed Bay Motor Werks, took care of all my BMWs for over 40 years so I was looking for a new shop. Big Joe told me to go see Little Joe at Classic Coachworks about having some service work performed on my 328i. Little Joe immediately went into a strange, unprovoked rant about doing cocaine in high school in the '70s, with others sitting in his office listening. Very weird experience. The guy isn't very big but his head and mouth sure are ! I guess the 4.1 Google rating speaks for it... read more
