I called for a car for 2 people to go to their prom and I was sent a stretch limo. When I called to complain Marilyn said she assumed I wanted a stretch limo cause some people do. Why did you assume so she said she sent me an email with all the details in it and when I questioned her email cause I did not get one she said her husband was supposed to send me one with all the details in it but he didn’t. Russell was easy to work with, prices were reasonable. Kris picked us up on time and with a clean limo. Drove us from Brick to NYC with a couple stops in between. Again, his timing was impeccable. We walked out of Lion King and he was parked right out front. Highly recommend Russell and his team.
Excellent service ….best ever!!! Driver was fantastic and so accommodating. Also, They beat every other companies price!!! Highly recommend them!!!!
Russ made our parents 40th wedding anniversary a great success. Reasonable price, flexible, and professional. Russ was prompt to our emails as well as our arrival. There were no hiccups with our multiple stops and he was pleasant and easy going. What a great limo with a lift door and he made us feel like celebrities all night!! No thanks... more money than worth. The lady on the phone was rude and made it seem like I needed them more than they needed me. I should have stayed clear but I went ahead anyway and regretted it when they were late to pick me up.overpriced for nothing
