Worker that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He made several condescending and sarcastic remarks over the phone, and then proceeded to shut the phone on my face.
I would highly recommend this service. Kind, caring & professional. Had to send my granddaughter to NYC. They texted me when they picked her up, dropped her at her destination in NYC & dropped her back home.
