Ram came and cleaned them in the worst weather imageneable. He did an awesome job. My carpets of 10 years looked brand new when he was done. I have used him on and off for years and he has always been excellent with my own carpets and one in a rental property. I call him anytime I want mine done and have always been happy.

The employees walked around my house with dirty shoes on and made me pay extra to clean up the mess after. Horrible
