I wish there could be negative numbers. This could possibly be the worst level of costumer service I have received from any commercial establishment in over a decade (airlines aside). First, I called to confirm same day service, they indicated that it could be done. I dropped my shirts and pants off on Wednesday PM. I arrive back on Thursday PM - no clothes - there was a "mistake" on the ticket - but I could collect them the next morning. Next morning (Friday) - no clothes.
