I went to their website to request a bid. Upon receiving the bid, I reached out to Thomas (the owner) by phone to schedule. He was very easy to work with and was able to get us on the schedule for later that same week! Our 'cleaner' (Matt) showed up promptly and after a walk through and explaining how he would proceed (remove, clean screens, do the inside of the windows, then finish with the outside of the windows), he went straight to work.
