The building and equipment all looks elaborate, but can’t wash of some limestone dust I collected a few hours prior. Waste of $10.
Great wash.But staff needs to speak up when they wiped the back of the car I know they saw that the wash broke my rear plate cover but they didn't say anything to me.I found out after I got home so for this I will only give 3 stars.Never had any problem except this.
I get my car washed at least 5-7 times a week. (My 2 year old loves car washes). I cancelled this membership a couple months back because the employees were glued to their phones, not drying off the car, trash everywhere. I used to work for Jimmy when I was in high school and I know what a perfectionist he is about litter in the parking lots. Paid the $18 for the premium wash was my first time ever coming to this carwash since they opened and wow do I regret it ... I have a 2023 ram and my whole back of my truck was still covered in soap I had to go home and rinse with the hose only to find my passenger side of my truck was covered in black spots I'm assuming from the tire shine ?? .. the bed of my truck was aslo full of soap aswell 😒.. if I had known this is the quality of wash I get I would have never gone ..
