Over the past month I have replaced a transmission cooler line that keeps cracking. I went on a trip and line cracked again had vehicle towed to dealer talked to Joshua (nice guy) he ordered my part Thursday and was on track to have truck done saterday as im traveling and needed a quick repair. Saterday came along we called and they said they're searching for the part it was in freight pile I guess, he said he'd call us back with a eta on repair but never did. We had a great experience! Connor Graves was our salesman and he was courteous, knowlegeable, with a great personlity. It was a no hassle experience. Everything went very smooth from the time with drove the Jeep Gladiator to actually walking out the door after we purchased the vehicle. All the staff was great!
