I received a call from Classic Chimney and the person who called me started injecting their political views on me thinking I was in alignment with hers. Can we please keep politics out of cold calling and business in general?
Seemed reasonable enough, easy to deal with. Had to order a special "waterfront" windproof chimney cap which took a long time, but it was finally installed. Still have some smoke coming into the room after it all. Then I was on the roof a couple months later and checked the install which looked like a complete hack job. Contacted the owner several times with NO response.
