The "engine power is reduced light" and the "check engine light" came on my 2021 silverado, John Smith my service advisor did a great job . He was professional and friendly he kept me posted on the status on my truck and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I also want to thank the technicians who worked on my silverado. Purchased a truck recently from Classic pre-owned. Our drive was from MS to SugarLand and our request was to receive an OTD review prior to arriving to minimize time there. This was requested multiple times but not done. The sales person was friendly enough but I never felt he was “helpful” to us.
