I took my jeep in for repair on Monday, March 21st, 2016 for a catalytic converter repair. During the diagnosis, I was advised of several issues they stated needed repairs. I went ahead and agreed to the repair with an estimated repair time of 24 hours. First issue was I didn't receive my vehicle back until Thursday, March 24, 2016. Absolutely horrible, misdiagnosed a repair then forced my fiancee to pay for it (over $500), when confronted by me they hung up the phone, to put it simply rude and incompetent. Did not complete other emissions related repairs as promised, reports are going to be filed with the Environmental Protection Agency, Better Business Bureau , and State's Attorney as well as a a law suit, these people are the absolute worst business we have ever dealt with and I hope this sways somebody to think twice about doing business with them, ... read more
