One Star is generous. The self serve is a joke. They refuse to fix the credit card reader. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
Terrible carwash, self serve barely works, half the chemicals don't come out. Touchless left more soap and water spots all over. Everytime I come here I leave wishing I drove 5 mins further to Shoreline Quick Lube, not giving them another chance. Place sucks.
Excellent wash & service
Excellent car wash for the price. Plus it’s a convenient location in Old Saybrook for me. Dave, the guy that drys your car off, is excellent, friendly and does a good job of wiping down your car. The only thing I would recommend to management is to bring back the unlimited car wash package. That always kept me from going to other car wash companies when I was away from Old Saybrook area which is often.
