I was very impressed with Joe. He informed me on how the processed worked and answered any questions I had honestly and respectfully. He made sure to let us know to be very careful walking on hard surfaces after walking on the wet solution he had sprayed on the carpet he was concerned we may slip. My carpet turned out beautiful and the price to have it done was less than I thought it would be. I won't be using a Rug Dr again. Thanks Joe! Job well done!
