Good service This is the second time I have had Classic Carpet Care & Rug Cleaning do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company.
A+++++ In one word Outstanding! Whatever you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. The woman on phe phone sold your service with effeciency and extreme courtesy. Trust that you mean what you say and back up your services. Enough said. Nathan was courteous and efficient. He pointed out options and trouble spots on my carpets then proceeded to make them look new again.
Good job! Reliable and effective cleaning. Carpets are stain free and brighter than before. That`s why we come back. We bought a house that offered a carpet allowance. We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet. Stain treatment and Scotchguard were great features.
