I scheduled a carpet cleaning appt last week only to prepare my entire house for today's cleaning (July 8th) My appt time was between 9:30- 10AM. I sent a text message today at 7:37AM to confirm today's appt, the technician "Liked" my message, no actual response (Red Flag #1). At 9:32 and 9:38 AM I received a "text message" stating they were on site to open the back door. I was getting my kids ready to exit our home and did not hear the text messages. Great looks, but even better... I have a clean carpet steam cleaned for a great price!!
Excellent service from Barry. He steam cleaned our carpet on 4th of July. Hard working, professional, on time, and courteous. Not to mention their prices are reasonable as well.
