I sent a text message today at 7:37AM to confirm today's appt, the technician "Liked" my message, no actual response (Red Flag #1). At 9:32 and 9:38 AM I received a "text message" stating they were on site to open the back door. I was getting my kids ready to exit our home and did not hear the text messages.
