I used Classic Cargo for a recent project hauling our tradeshow booths, and they were awesome to work with! Super quick, professional, and easy to communicate with. Everything arrived on time and in perfect shape. They even caught and fixed some packing issues our warehouse missed, which saved us a ton of hassle. Really appreciate the extra care they took to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable and fast logistics team.
My dispatch team booked the load with Dennis, after an hour they cancelled the load because they found cheaper carrier. Exactly their words. We ran toward the pick up for 45 minutes and they unapologetically cancel the load on the driver who spent time and fuel to honor the contract signed. Very bad and unetnical business practice. We complained and requested the manager to review this behaviour and Dennis advised he is the manager. That says it all. Beware of this broker.
