this is one of the worst facilities in NC my grandma was there they never washed her clothes she fell because the floor was messed up she was scheduled for surgery they didn't get her up they didn't send her meds they let the patients walk through the woods to the store or wherever they want and beg for money they let the smokers smoke all the time till their fingers are orange they don't have a full time nurse on staff my dogs wouldn't live ther..it's cheap and believe me all the money goes to the owner not on the care of t... read more
