My husband took my SUV there for my birthday. My SUV looked awesome. I take my car up there today and It looks worse then when I brought it. Its still dusty and now greasy. I am so angry. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. Now Im taking my car to a wedding that looks TERRIBLE. No refund I have to take it back up there to get fixed AFTER the wedding!
I have been using this carwash for 8 years. The last 2 times I have visited the carwash the service was sub-par. I asked for the full Ultra Works the first time and when I got in my car the Armorall was dripping all over my door panels. This last time I asked for the same thing and they didn't Armorall or steam clean the carpets. When I asked the lady at the counter ( who has the personality of a shoe) she said that I needed to ask for the price level I wanted. You would think "Ultra Works" means Ultra clean. Florence's BEST carwash – ^ Totally disagree with the guy above. IDK about the illegals or the alleged spouse hitting? But this has nothing to do with the owners or who works there. This car was is wonderful. They do an amazing job and they do it quick. I typically hand wash my car but every once in awhile I don't have the time to hand wash it. Horrible car wash – I have known of this car wash for many years. and never have i seen anything good..I have watched the owner allow illegals work there, i have watched him injure a spouse of a worker there...terrible dont go there, go to ANY other car wash but that one
