If the car in front of u backs up at the blow dryer you will not get a wash....this has happened twice to me recently...and that's if the car wash is actually up and running....I've been here like 5-6 times and have yet to get a complete car wash....about ready to cancel my membership

Took my car top get cleaned and all it did was rinse. Terrible car wash.
