Took my certified pre owned vehicle in to get an issue with the AC fixed. I was initially told it would take 3-5 days to get checked and then they could tell me how long ot would take to get fixed depending on the issue. A week later I ask for an update and got told they didn't know how long it was going to take to get checked due to short staff and there was 15 vehicles ahead of mine. I asked if management could reach out to me so I could get a clear answer on possibly how long it would take and they never bothered to reach... read more

Very sad when the sales person came out to meet and greet me and my wife did not have a XT5 on the lot what my wife was looking for but they had XT6 and the sales person had told me and my wife that they quit making the XT5. I thought that was strange after I had left the dealership. I googled it and found out. They are still continue to make the XT5 Cadillac Very sad because he was trying to sell us a XT6.
