Very sad when the sales person came out to meet and greet me and my wife did not have a XT5 on the lot what my wife was looking for but they had XT6 and the sales person had told me and my wife that they quit making the XT5. I thought that was strange after I had left the dealership. I googled it and found out. They are still continue to make the XT5 Cadillac Very sad because he was trying to sell us a XT6.
sleazy dealership. Ordered an Escalade ESV but the dealership wont honor employee pricing. They said it was at their discretion, and they decided to not honor it. Take your hard earned money elsewhere - If they have an opportunity to make more money with a different buyer they absolutely will (read their reply! shameful) - no wonder they have such poor reviews

Really disappointing experience at Classic Cadillac. Was hopeful a smaller dealership would have better business practices. Deal lined up and the Sales Manager wouldn't honor it at the end. Wife is super disappointed. Buyer Beware!
