I don’t write many 1 star reviews. It does not feel good to have to but there are cases where it is necessary. I purchased solid Maple doors for a remodel. The doors are 48” h x 24”w and I purchased 12 of them. After doors were installed I returned a few weeks later to complete some final items. I regret doing business with Classic Cabinet Doors due to their constant delays, defective products, and deceptive customer service. Broken Promises on Delivery – The promised delivery date was pushed back multiple times, with excuses about "work/store problems." This caused unnecessary project delays. Low-Quality, Defective Products – The expensive reeded drawer fronts arrived with splintered edges and visible defects (see pictures).
